If you have psoriasis I have some good news for you. My friends have a nice little forum where it's members can talk with others that understand, it's also a good place to get all the latest psoriasis news and find out about the various treatments available.
I can highly recommend it so pop along and have a look, or better still go and register for membership it's all free and you will never get any advertising. The members also get the members only boards where they can talk away from public view or search engines, and it's all done without any sponsors or requests for donations.
If you do join them, look out for my monthly post in the members only boards. I pop in to update them on my journeys as a thank you for hosting this website.
Are you all ready for the F1 final ? It looks like it could be exciting ............................... or over quickly and a bit dull.
Good news for UK and Dutch viewers is that you can watch it live for free. I'm not sure about the Dutch, but CH4 are showing the Sky channels live broadcast from 12:00 for the build-up with the live race starting at 13:00.
So what will happen ? Well both Hamilton and Verstappen are equal on (369.5) points but if it stays that way Verstappen will be champ as he has taken one more win than Hamilton.
Hamilton can win by just being ahead of Verstappen at the finish in the points *Unless Hamilton gets 9th and Verstappen is 10th with the additional 1 point for fastest lap.
Will Verstappen take Hamilton out ? We have seen this in the past With Senna and Schumacher, but both drivers have already been warned that if it goes that way penalties can and will be handed out. So would Max risk it, or could Perez take him out instead.
There is a thought that Mercedes may put a new super tweaked engin in Hamilton's car. This will give him a 5 place grid penalty but the Mercedes will be a lot faster it's doubtful that any other driver will want to interfere with the championship, Bottas would let him pass and the others (apart from Perez) probably won't make it hard for Hamilton. The track has had some changes made to make it easier to overtake, and if Hamilton can get up to 2nd from 5th he could get the undercut in a pit stop.
Interesting race for sure, I want Verstappen to win but I think it's going to be Hamilton.
I hate it when this happens, why can't people just leave it alone. It's often happening at cemeteries too and I wonder how the people that do it would react if someone put graffiti or slogans on their loved ones graves.
Disgusting behavior and the people responsible should be made to clear it up, then I would tattoo the criminal case number on their arm after slapping them around a bit first.
Herbert's account got locked and they ask for a phone number. I contacted them and said I don't have a phone and they unlocked it with an apology that is was mistakenly locked.
I have now had another account locked that is 11 years old with 4500 followers and again it's asking for a phone number. I have contacted them and again said I don't have a phone so it will be interesting to see what they come back with.
Is this Twitter trying to harvest peoples phone numbers
Edit: Just checked and I'm now locked out of Herbert's account again.
I have seen in the news today that there is talk of bringing back Imperial weights and measures in the UK and it got me thinking.
Apparently it was first used in 1824 I'm old enough to remember them, but most of my life I have been using the Metric system and to be honest it's a lot easier to understand. I wonder how many people today will even know what 1/2 pound of spuds look like or a 1/4 of humbugs.
I'm thinking this is just one of Boris Johnson's distracting tactics, but if this does go ahead it's going to cause a lot of confusion and who is going to pay for all the machinery that will need changing ?
One thing I did find funny was the debate on Twitter about getting a pint glass with a crown on it. When I went back to the UK a couple of years ago I ordered two pints of beer and it was just how I remembered the size, so obviously they were still selling pints. As for a little crown on the glass I don't recall wasting my time down the pub just looking at my glass to see if it had a crown or now, I was just interested in the contents. Oh an my research says that most pint glasses are actually made in France
I wonder how long it will be before the British go back to Inches, Feet and Yards followed by Pounds, Shillings and Pence.
Oh well I'm off out for a little ride on my Penny Farthing
Some silly arse Eric Zemmour a far right pundit and possible presidential candidate suggests Fred isn't French enough so I will have to be Eric like him.
Apparently he is upset that since 1993 parents could choose a first name not on the official list and the rule should come back. If he gets his way some people will have to change their first name.
But all is not lost as someone has set up a joke website where you can check to see if your name is French enough, if it's not it will suggest a new name for you. I put Fred in and it suggested my new name should be Eric.
But Herbert will be pleased as his name conforms to the law from 1803.
You can put your name in Here to see if your name is French enough to live in France

Just after dawn on Saturday, September 4 2021, professional race and stunt pilot Dario Costa of Italy wrote a new chapter in aviation history as he flew a raceplane through the narrow confines of two enclosed auto tunnels just outside Istanbul.
In near-darkness and closely surrounded by the concrete arc of the walls, Costa executed a tricky takeoff inside the first tunnel, flashed through an open-air gap and then continued his 245kph flight through the second tunnel, flying less than 1m from the asphalt.
It seems that F1 is going to be a swimming pool. The one with the best swimming skills will win. I bet Herbert will be in his element and he makes a good chance of beating bot Max as Lewis..
I've just seen a report that Holland have changed their 30kph speed limit signs to 33kph ready for the Dutch GP next week in honour of Max Verstappen's car number. Apparently he had 33 in his karting days and kept with it for F1, I will be willing him on and hope he wins the championship.
I bet there will be a lot of Orange around, Herbert will be pleased.
